An association agreement was negotiated to regulate network access with the Swiss Federal Office of Energy in attendance. The pre-requisites for network access are essentially the following:

• The network user’s contractual transmission capacity is at least 150 Nm3/h. Different connection points can be aggregated on the premises of companies with a purchase contract.
• The network user consumes natural gas primarily as a process gas.
• The network user provides a load profile metering system and remote data transmission as per the general conditions of use.
